Client upload, response, and sign-off flows are planned around controlled access and reviewer-managed sharing.

Access controls are planned so teams can choose which documents, workflows, and outputs each client can see.
Structured deliverable sharing is planned around engagement phases such as diligence, negotiation, and closing.
In-context comments and questions are planned for the relevant document or section when Portal is available.
Client upload is planned so approved files can be routed into Vault before review.
Portal content is designed for chosen-region storage, access logging, and reviewable audit history to support GDPR obligations.
