How does Agent population work?
Agent checks the selected project files and stages candidate rows with source evidence. You accept, reject, or review each candidate before it becomes part of the List.
Can the project team work in the same list?
Yes. Assign project members, set due dates, comment on a row, and follow its activity. Project owners and editors control sign-off.
How is this different from table review?
Table review compares documents across columns. A List tracks facts and work across rows, with an owner, workflow status, due date, evidence, and approval history.
