How it works.

01
Upload from anywhere
Upload PDFs, Word documents, scanned contracts, and related files. Knowledge prepares supported formats for search and AI-assisted review where extraction is available.
02
Organise your workspace
Create project-specific folders, tag documents by type and status, and filter across the workspace to keep the right source material accessible.
03
Works with every Jarel tool
Documents in Knowledge can be used by the AI Assistant, Tabular Review, and Dispatch where the tool and permissions are enabled.

Capabilities.

01
Secure document storage
Documents stored in your chosen data region where configured. Encrypted at rest and in transit. AI processing is designed for limited retention.
02
Full-text search
Search across uploaded documents by keyword, clause type, party name, or date. Filters help narrow results across available fields.
03
Project-based organisation
Create folder hierarchies that match your project structure. Shared project folders keep the whole team working from the same document set.
04
Common document formats
Common legal formats such as PDFs and Word documents can be indexed, with OCR for scanned material where enabled.
05
Version history
Version visibility is designed to help teams understand document changes and keep review history available where configured.
06
Feeds every AI capability
Documents uploaded to Knowledge can support the AI Assistant, Tabular Review, and Dispatch without repeated handoff where enabled.

Product proof

Keep documents, answers, and review outputs connected.

Knowledge is the source layer of the workspace: documents, source-linked answers, and review outputs stay connected so teams can trace what an answer was based on.

Built in Sweden. EU-first by design.
